Recruitment Consultant, Legal | The Andersen Partnership Position – Personal Injury Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant

Salary – $75,000 – $95,000 + Super (Experience Dependent)

About the Company : A well-regarded boutique personal injury firm based in the Perth CBD. The team is known for representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle accident claims, workers' compensation, public liability, and medical negligence matters. The firm offers a stable and supportive working environment, with a strong focus on client outcomes and practical legal solutions.

About the Role : This is an opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to support a team of senior lawyers across a range of personal injury matters. The role involves both administrative and client-facing duties and would suit someone who is confident working with plaintiff files and managing day-to-day legal operations.

Key Responsibilities : Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence Managing and maintaining accurate client files Scheduling appointments, court dates, assessments, and meetings Liaising with clients, insurers, courts, and medical providers Supporting the legal team with file progression and administrative tasks What We're Looking For : Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, ideally in personal injury or litigation Confident managing plaintiff-based files with minimal supervision Strong organisational and communication skills Knowledge of WA personal injury processes preferred Comfortable using legal practice management software Works well in a small team environment Why Apply : Well-established boutique firm with a strong reputation in plaintiff personal injury law Work directly with senior lawyers and gain exposure to a variety of personal injury matters Supportive and professional working culture Central location close to public transport and Perth courts To express interest, apply via this advert or contact me directly at .
