Description : About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary with 3 years' experience to support our dynamic Perth office. The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis joining our support team.

Duties will vary but you can expect to spend time across the following :

Document management (organisation and filing on electronic files) Management of billing process, including e-billing Entering disbursements and sundry accounts (Elite3E) Client reporting Drafting court documents, court filing, arranging service of documents Arranging couriers Compiling e-briefs to counsel and other experts Word processing Drafting, editing and despatching letters Drafting and submitting relevant Medicare / Centrelink forms Arranging medical appointments Opening and closing files Arranging interstate travel

You don't need prior experience in a legal secretarial position to be the successful candidate. What matters most is your initiative, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and your ability to work well in a team . Proficiency in MS Office is desirable. We also value a sense of humour and the ability to make the office an enjoyable and friendly place to work.
