The Operations Manager lead the DELTA facilities maintenance operations across offshore and remote locations in Western Australia. These operations comprise several locations where we employ maintenance managers, contract administration and trades employees to deliver services at village locations across the region.

Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations Manager, the focus of your role will be to :

Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with external and internal clients, responsible commercially to ensure we deliver to budget and achieve the expected margins Ensure the portfolio achieves the financial targets and contract KPIs. In addition, the role ensures service delivery excellence through innovation and continuous improvement. Provide leadership and management oversight of all services, performance monitoring, reporting and asset management for the achievement of business objectives Promotes and supports Our Safety Culture framework and enables attraction, development and retention of the best talent in the industry The role will be based in Perth Head Office but will be required to travel to sites frequently to develop strong relationships with site teams our clients and employees.

THE PERSON To be successful in this role you must have excellent attention to detail, experience in understanding and meeting client needs, navigating policies and procedures, and inspiring a team of leaders Proven years of industry (Facilities, Project, or Asset Management) 5+ years' experience in a leadership position having led Client growth strategies in project management services Previous experience managing a revenue >

10m and be responsible for budgets and managing of those contracts.
