Originating from a beautiful heritage house that has had a modern childcare conversion whilst yet retaining all the characteristics of its architectural history.
A Room Leader must provide a high quality educational program in a fun, safe, warm and positive environment. For the right applicants they may also have the opportunity to act as a Responsible Person at times when the Centre Manager is absent from the Centre, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day operation and administration ensuring the provision of high quality early childhood education and care to children and their families. The right person will also be required to be flexible in their full time working hours and be able to share the role of opening and closing of the Centre.
The position reports to the Centre's Manager or Educational Leader, who is responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the Centre and implementing the strategic direction set by the Executive Management.
