- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of Clinical Application Specialists specializing in Hemodialysis (HD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) across Australia. Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Training Program Coordination
- Organize and facilitate comprehensive training programs for our customers, ensuring they are proficient in the use of our medical solutions. Collaborate with the education team to develop and update training materials as needed.
- Calendar Management
- Effectively schedule and manage the calendar of activities for Clinical Application Specialists, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely response to customer needs.
- Coaching and Support
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise. Promote professional growth and career development within the team.
- Perform clinical competency assessments of clients and provide certification of competency where required.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.
- Maintain own clinical competence in line with FMC Clinical Competencies
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and provide relevant information to management.
- Maintaining existing customer networks and informing customers of upgrades or new product lines.
- Train and support relevant stakeholders on new requirements as needed.
- Identify opportunities and troubleshoot to improve processes and implement change for an effective outcome.
- Maintain up to date knowledge with industry changes, knowledge share with the team.
- ADHOC tasks as required.
