What You Will Do :

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Ensure existing customers are regularly contacted and managed.
• Resolve customer issues / complaints promptly by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
• Monitoring and identifying market trends, competitors and new sales leads.
• Identify new business opportunities, by region, with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new market opportunities.
• Research and search for potential new customers.
