As a Workforce Planning Manager, you will provide workforce data and strategic recommendations for our Victorian Workers Compensation Claims Operation to support teams with workforce management and planning.
- Your responsibilities will include
- Implementing the Workforce Planning Strategy and developing industry leading workforce planning and reporting capability
- Providing high level data analytics to enhance business decisions and operational efficiency / profit
- Working with the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team to build staff satisfaction levels through effective planning of staff onboarding
- Building workforce optimisation to suit business needs, new operational hours and days, including when teams are able to work in the office
- Creating and maintaining Business Unit continuity plans to ensure continued delivery of agreed service levels
- Maintaining a plan of expected staffing requirements over and critically reviewing and recommending operational resource plans
- Developing the capability of the Workforce Planning team in order to provide a superior workforce management service
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to develop business cases, then design and deliver strategic projects that will enhance operational profit
- Report on inefficiencies or loss of productivity during the reporting period
- Identify gaps in the planning strategies, and work with the relevant Senior Leaders to develop solutions and processes to ensure services meet business expectations.

- Relevant tertiary degree - IT, Business, Accounting
- Strong abilities using resource planning software, MS Excel or MS PowerPoint to produce clear, concise documents, reports and presentations
