National health firm, specializing in workplace health services. They are leaders in occupational medicine and have an excellent reputation for being customer service focused. Working out of their Maroochydore Clinic with Parking.
The Role
We are currently seeking an Administrator to support the wider bookings team, across a broad range of Clients. Your role will see you booking in patients for Medicals at the clinic and gathering their personal information. The utmost of confidentiality needed at all times.
- Booking in patients for medical checks.
- Liaising with clients and patients via phone and email
- Data entry for patients personal information
- Call Handling
- Following up on Results for patients with the medical practitioners
- Customer service and assisting with any queries.
