Retail Manager

BK PATEL GROUP PTY LTD, the proud operator of Subway in the Sippy Downs area, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced quick-service restaurant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and understands the demands of the food retail environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and control the overall operations of the Subway store, including daily opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain optimal product availability while minimising waste.
• Set sales targets and service standards; develop promotional strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
• Ensure the store is compliant with Subway’s brand policies, food safety standards, and OH&S regulations.
• Supervise and train team members; prepare shift rosters and delegate tasks accordingly.
• Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, monitor sales performance, and oversee cash handling, POS operations, and banking procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, staff performance, and financial transactions.
• Liaise with suppliers and head office representatives as required.
