- Role Purpose
As the OHS Manager you will be based at a private healthcare facility in the inner suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. This full-time position will see you overseeing the OHS function for this large hospital with a lot of moving parts and speciality units and practices.
As the leader of this experienced 4-person team, you will provide the strategic direction and support the hospital leaders with continuously effective OHS strategy and practices. Your approach will be to provide support, "no blame" approach with robust systems and ongoing improvements to the day to day running of the hospital. You will be able to lean on the corporate OHS team for group strategy and key projects.

Manage the OHS function and provide effective direction to the teamDrive a continually improving Safety Culture through the 5-year strategy plan developed by you and the teamProvide support and care to the teams and leaders within the organisationEnsure full OHS compliance and best practice across the boardLead and support development and implementation of systems, initiatives, risk management processes.
