As the Information Management Officer (Training and Development), you'll be manages its digital information. You will develop new and innovative ways to deliver training and communication materials to users throughout DJAG to improve information management maturity. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with recordkeeping and IM policies for the Department's content services platform (CSP) and other systems. You will also ensure that organisation information management plans, strategies and frameworks are supported by strategic communications, onboarding, training materials and broad engagement with impacted end users.
Your key responsibilities
Assist in the design and delivery of multi-channel and inclusive learning and communication strategies for a diverse range of clients of varying levels of digital competency (SFIA : ETDL 3)
Develop end user products and communication materials including training guides, instruction manuals, online training modules / content and job aids to facilitate effective, consistent and informative client service delivery. (SFIA : TMCR 3)
Undertake the design, development, scheduling and delivery of training, using a blended model that includes individual instruction, facilitated training, workshops, online training material and system demonstrations. (SFIA : TMCR 3)
Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders including the ability to influence leadership teams in the successful management of change by the transfer of business and / or technical skills and knowledge. (SFIA : RLMT 4)
