Training And Technology Officer

As an IT Training and Support Specialist, you will have the chance to :

• Deliver comprehensive training on IT systems and technology to our staff, utilising a blend of in-person sessions, workshops, and online training materials.
• Develop engaging online learning content, including user guides, instructional videos, and eLearning modules.
• Identify training needs within the IT realm and design and execute training plans and programs.
• Your Key Responsibilities
• Deliver IT training through a variety of methods, including in-person sessions, workshops, and online materials.
• Create engaging learning content, such as user guides, instructional videos, and eLearning modules.
• Design and implement IT training plans and programs based on identified needs.
• Manage user accounts and access within IT systems while adhering to relevant policies.
• Assist with managing and executing IT projects, including change management tasks and progress updates.
• Contribute actively to team development by establishing standards, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues.
• Your Experience and Skills
• Experience developing IT training material, instructional guides and how to's.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the broader purpose of the system.
• A track record of building and maintaining strong relationships to facilitate customer-focused outcomes.
