The Training and Technology Officer will need to have a technology background to conduct user training initiatives and assist in upskilling and supporting staff in the use of IT systems and technologies.
- Key responsibilities
- Design and draft a range of learning materials including user guides and factsheets
- Deliver both in-person and remote training to individual staff and small groups
- Provide advice, guidance and support on technology related issues
- Create instructional "screen-share" style videos
- Identify and detail organisational learning requirements and opportunities
- Highly Desirable
- A high level of knowledge and proficiency with technology
- Experience with IT training delivery in a corporate or government environment
- Strong writing, document formatting and communication skills
