Due to recent promotion, an excellent opportunity has presented within the RACQ Roadside Patrols and Fleet Operations team for an Operations Officer to join us on a full-time permanent basis.
You will be instrumental in ensuring all administration and planning functions are managed efficiently and effectively within the Roadside Assistance Network. This will include handling calls, accurately compiling and processing Patrol officers pay, overtime and other allowances, helping with general enquiries, process expenses and purchase orders, receive, register and action tools, equipment, livery and uniform orders on behalf of the Roadside Assistance Network and complete monthly adhoc reporting.
This position is based at Eight Mile Plains, with options to work flexibly from home 1-2 days / week.
This position is well suited to a people-centric and motivated individual with 1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative support role. You are organised, resilient and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and a good sense of humour.
