We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic senior salesperson to lead our sales team, expand our client base, and smash sales targets. This position is perfect for a candidate with industry expertise who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You'll drive sales, help develop new and creative marketing and sales strategies, including lead generation and improve sales conversion. You'll also lead by example, fostering a team culture that is dynamic, goal-oriented and have a whole lot of fun along the way.
Key Responsibilities : Deliver expert customer service to retail and service contract clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets
Identify and pursue new service contract opportunities, particularly in schools and community organizations
Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
Support customer service manager to achieve sales and quote targets
Streamline lead and sales conversion processes
Support our local community and charitable organizations
Requirements : MUST HAVE - Proven experience in sales in the Air conditioning industry
Ability to lead a sales team and drive results
Strong communication skills with a genuine ability to connect with customers
Customer focused with a passion for providing innovative solutions
Proficiency in sales / job management systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite including experience in managing price lists
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
