The company is seeking an Administration Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract to support an Executive Assistant and the wider team. 1-2 year's prior experience in an administrative role, and a positive and eager attitude will see you hit the ground running.
The duties of the role are to develop and prepare documents, presentations and reports for leaders, schedule meetings and agendas, maintain meeting rooms, process invoices, reconcile monthly card statements and other ad hoc administrative duties. This role will suit an experienced administrator, who is passionate about taking their next career step and who is excited by the opportunity to be part of an incredible business that can offer further training and development and career growth.
