    This is a medium sized business (500+ employees), with an office location conveniently close to Wynyard station and some of Sydney's best cafes and lunch spots. The business highly value flexibility, and you can expect to work from home 2 days per week when not required in the office (flexibility is key).     • THE ROLE
    • The company is seeking an Administration Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contract to support an Executive Assistant and the wider team. 1-2 year's prior experience in an administrative role, and a positive and eager attitude will see you hit the ground running.

      The duties of the role are to develop and prepare documents, presentations and reports for leaders, schedule meetings and agendas, maintain meeting rooms, process invoices, reconcile monthly card statements and other ad hoc administrative duties. This role will suit an experienced administrator, who is passionate about taking their next career step and who is excited by the opportunity to be part of an incredible business that can offer further training and development and career growth.

    • DUTIES
    • This role will see you perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant and senior managers. Responsibilities include :

    • Create documents, reports and presentations for managers and leaders
    • Process and reconcile monthly credit card statements
    • Assist with coordinating company events
    • Liaise and communicate with company clients on behalf of leaders
    • Manage and maintain meeting room setup
    • Other ad hoc administrative duties
    • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
    • 1-2 years' previous administration experience
    • Strong time management and organisation skills
    • Ability to juggle competing priorities and communicate these with managers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience within the financial services industry would be highly beneficial
