Our client, a global leader in industrial sealing solutions, is seeking a State Manager – WA to drive growth and lead a high-performing team across Western Australia.
This newly created role is based in Perth and reports directly to the National Sales Manager in Melbourne.
You'll be responsible for :
Leading and mentoring a small, dynamic field teamDeveloping and executing regional strategies aligned with national goalsManaging key client relationships and identifying new opportunitiesDriving operational excellence and team productivityImplementing tactical plans to achieve year-on-year growthThis is a rare opportunity to shape the future of the WA market while working with a respected global brand.
