Construction Project Manager

Job descriptionProject planning and programming. Procurement. Project administration. Use of Procore and MS Project. Salary from $140,000 to $200,000 plus super. Building qualifications (Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture etc) or trade background (Carpenter to Site Manager). Demonstrated experience of working on residential construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Good client facing and relationship building skills. Excellent knowledge of construction process from start to finish, including all regulations. Ability to lead projects and to manage teams both internally and externally. Good level of IT literacy.
