In this role, you'll play a central part in shaping and executing Worrells' national digital presence across multiple platforms. From content creation and social media management to SEO, paid campaigns, and analytics, you'll drive initiatives that engage both B2B and B2C audiences and support business growth.
Your responsibilities will span strategic planning, technical implementation, and hands-on publishing, making this a varied and rewarding position. You'll work closely with our State Marketing Managers and National Marketing Committee to ensure brand alignment, innovation, and best-practice execution across all digital channels.
Responsibilities We are looking for a unique individual who can :
Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for their website, social media, and other digital platforms.Develop and implement content and online / digital marketing strategies.Ensure key messages and branding are preserved and consistent.Report on and recommend online marketing activities.Manage digital assets, including social media and websites.Provide reporting and insights on online activities.Overseeing video or content production projectsRespond to audience comments, messages and enquiries in a timely and professional manner; andStay informed about digital tools and technologies to enhance content creation processes.Liaise with our external service providers (website developers, SEO and AdWords specialists)Create, implement, and analyse paid advertising on their social media platformsTo be successful You are a flawless and concise communicatorYou are comfortable with website backend management (CMS experience desirable)You are a social media star with a knowledge of tools, techniques, and best practicesYou are experienced in creating and running social media ad campaignsYou have experience using Google Analytics 4You have experience using CANVAYou have fantastic time management and organisational skillsYou can work autonomously and collaborativelyYou can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise competing deadlinesYour experience in using SEMrush and HubSpot is a bonus, but not essentialThis role will involve 5 days per week and can be performed from one of our eastern seaboard offices or from home in a hybrid role.
