• Responsibilities
• Engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Supervise and ensure the safety of customers while they enjoy our inflatable attractions
• Leadership of our Junior Staff members
• Assist with the setup and takedown of equipment for events and parties
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
• Provide information about our services and promotions to guests
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Qualifications
• Previous leadership experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is an asset, but not required
• Working with Children check (or willing to obtain)
