Digital Marketing Specialist

We're working with a growing financial services business to find a hands-on and data-savvy Senior Digital Marketing Officer to take ownership of their marketing function.

This is a full-time permanent role, ideal for someone with strong digital and analytical skills who enjoys end-to-end marketing in a standalone capacity. You'll run campaigns, optimise performance, and drive lead quality through channels like paid ads, SEO, SMS, and email.

Key responsibilities : Run and optimise paid advertising campaigns (Google, social)Manage HubSpot CRM and build automations across email / SMSAnalyse campaign data and refine processes to improve lead generation and conversionImprove reporting and trackingDrive SEO, Google review strategy, and digital presenceRecommend process improvements and contribute new ideasWhat you bring : 2-4+ years in a digital marketing or coordinator role (ideally standalone)Strong skills in reporting, analysis, and campaign optimisationExperience in financial services or another service-led industryHubSpot or similar CRM knowledgeProactive mindset with a commercial and data-driven approachJoin a collaborative team where you can truly own marketing and grow with the business.
