Our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team partner with businesses to help them adapt and respond effectively to the challenges of a constantly changing world, this is done by delivering thought leading transformational solutions.
Within our Adobe team we are continually driving customer value, by leveraging the power of the Adobe Experience Cloud Platform. Our focus areas are : Multi Cloud, Enterprise Integration and Deployment and Digital Agility.
Let's talk about the role and responsibilities :
- We're currently looking for an Adobe Digital Experience Platform Manager to join our rapidly expanding DCX practice. Key dimensions of the role include;
- Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to understand their core problems and objectives, build their digital marketing strategy, roadmap, and maturity, and define requirements and releases for their digital products and services.
- Work closely with marketing and digital transformation teams to create innovative offerings and assets to drive opportunities for Capgemini.
- Deliver personalisation at scale, using data to create omni-channel personalisation to drive conversion.
- Create, execute, and optimise Customer Journeys that drive digital experiences that can change behaviour and drive business outcomes.
- Develop use cases, platform comparisons, integration risks and considerations.
- Create strategy, roadmap, maturity, models.
- Lead initiatives around Adobe Marketing Cloud (AMC) and Adobe Experience Platforms (AEP)
- Create audience strategies for an analysis framework and a roadmap to reach identified KPIs.
- Contribute to and support the development and execution of audience strategies that enables the most effective use of the marketing technology platforms.
- Analyse internal, external or integrated audience data and information to identify insights that support business decision and initiatives.
- Analyse customer use cases for customer requirements, data analysis, modelling and mapping to facilitate use cases.
- Contribute to the creation of a cross-device segmentation strategy.
Let's talk about your capability and experience :
You have an understanding of Marketing Automation, ideally coupled with the experience of deploying CDPs.Hands on knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (and ideally its competitors).3-5 years relevant consulting, digital agency or industry experience with exposure to working in digital marketing project teams in a client-facing environment.Deep familiarity with digital marketing (acquisition, retention, loyalty, cross-sell, up-sell), multi-channel campaigns and with the advertising ecosystem, including working with programmatic platforms like DSPs, SSPs.Strong understanding of the development process, project management principles, client relationship management, and pre-sales activities.Skills to understand and define business scenarios and design detailed processes.Exceptional analytical, design and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Fantastic attention to detail.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, or with a team.Willingness to learn new things and teach others what you know.Certifications on the Adobe Experience Cloud will be given additional preference.Let's talk about what's in it for you!
