We're now looking for an energetic and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital & Transformation team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative thinker with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about delivering exceptional digital experiences and growing their career in a purpose-driven organisation.

What You'll Do Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid campaigns, content, and moreCreate compelling content – visual and written – to support our digital channels, brand visibility, and lead generationManage day-to-day social media activity and engagement, helping grow our online communitySupport lifecycle marketing initiatives including email campaigns, newsletters, events, and surveysContribute to website maintenance, user experience, and performance improvementsAnalyse digital performance metrics and generate insights that drive continual optimisationStay up to date on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketingAbout You You're a creative and curious marketing professional who's eager to learn, take initiative, and make a real impact. You enjoy working across multiple platforms, telling brand stories, and finding ways to improve the customer experience through data-driven decisions.

You have :
