Role Overview : We're on the hunt for an experienced Social Media Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Fremantle.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing and executing irresistible, borderline genius digital marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin & Google.

Working alongside our content creators, account managers and our Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion campaigns for our clients. You'll be strategising and managing the implementation of digital marketing initiatives for multiple campaigns and clients in varying industries, so thinking outside the box and trying new approaches comes second nature to you.This role often collaborates with PR and communications leads, folding together clever omni-channel tactics to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities : In this role, you will -

Develop and drive comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve client objectives across multiple channels.Select visually compelling creative that resonates with target audiences (working alongside our content creators and graphic designers).Write irresistible campaign copy that commands attention.Manage the digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of your campaigns and initiatives, optimising as needed to deliver results.Provide insights, reports and recommendations for optimisation back to account managers and clients directly.Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximise return on investment.Stay informed about emerging strategies and technologies in digital marketing, providing thought leadership and recommendations for adoption.We want to hear from you if : You have 3+ years experience working in an agency or in-house, building and reporting on paid social media campaigns and you can talk us through the results you've achieved.You love working on the tools and implementing campaign strategies across all channels.You're thrilled by directing and selecting creative marketing content (working with content creators, photographers, videographers and graphic designers when needed) to get the best hooks for your campaigns.You're an omni channel marketer, a perpetual learner and you're across a range of areas including SEO, Social Media, EDMs, websites and media buying.Programs & Tools you know like the back of your hand : Meta Business ManagerTikTok Ads ManagerWe'll be singing your praises for : Your open communication style, deep love of your work & your ability to manage your own workflow.Your attention to deadlines and 'I've got this' mindset.Your keen eye for details and accuracy.Your spidey senses for new trends, industry best practices, new ways of working and your commitment to always learning and improving your skills.Bonus Points if you have experience with : Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Cap Cut, Figma or SketchPinterest adsMailchimpGoogle ads & Google analyticsCulture and Benefits : Work from our sunny, central Freo office (that we share with an ice cream company, just saying).Dedicated professional development fund for you to use as you wish for upskilling, training, education and travel.Work from home days each month.A supportive and inclusive work environment where everyone's voice is valued and we thoroughly enjoy each other's company.If this role sounds like you, please send Hannah an email to with your CV and a short cover letter OR a short vid clip that tells us about you and why you'd like to work at KINN & Co.
