About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on the analytical and systematic side of marketing. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the backend mechanics of digital marketing while being open to the creative side when workload permits. While there is scope for creative or wider marketing work when time and skills allow, your primary focus will be on paid media buying and SEO.
Your days will be spent within platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns, performing keyword research, refining targeting, and accurately reporting results to the Marketing Manager to inform strategic decisions. You will ensure every dollar spent is tracked, tested, and working hard.
In addition to paid media, you will contribute to SEO planning and execution, using tools like SEMrush to drive our organic strategy alongside paid efforts. Knowledge of, or a willingness to learn, Klaviyo for email marketing is required. This will involve daily checks on flows, ensuring triggers are working correctly, and setting up campaigns using content provided by the team.
This role is not content or design-heavy at its core. Your mission is to be the engine room of our marketing, keeping our channels running smoothly and efficiently while providing clear data and insights to guide decisions. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager while staying focused on the execution and optimisation of paid media and SEO.
Once you are confidently managing your core responsibilities, there will be a lot of opportunity to contribute to wider marketing projects in alignment with current business goals and the Marketing Manager's direction. This helps you build deeper knowledge of the business and products, which will positively inform your core paid and organic work.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mulgrave, Sydney (NSW), working 7 : 30 am – 3 : 30 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate, but the role requires in-person collaboration with the team.
