Your key responsibilities include :

• hands on execution and management of our marketing automation projects and digital marketing platforms.
• optimising multiple digital marketing campaigns through data-driven decisions and managing our key paid media agencies
• Monitor and manage new Franchise territories and provide onboarding support to help new business Franchisee's to establish digital presence, lead distribution and digital citations
• Provide ad hoc reporting into online visitor behaviour with recommendations for internal use and stakeholders
• What You'll Bring

You are a lover of all things digital with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies. Over the last 5 years you have sharpened your digital tools in a consumer led environment, and can hold your own when it comes to suggesting activities for improving the quality of online content, building inbound marketing plans, tracking and measuring SEO and Google Analytics metrics and providing campaign and management reports.

As well as the above essential attributes you have also :

• Experience in managing external digital marketing agencies and executing strategies across various channels to optimise brand awareness and drive leads
• Developed proficiency in CMS to retain and engage audiences leveraging platforms such as Google my Business to maximise digital presence.
• Implemented SEM to build new audiences, establish brand preference and attract clients to Brand sites

Although we'd love you to have experience or knowledge of the pool and spa industry, we can teach you the rest if you have a learning attitude. What's most important is that you're self-motivated, good at thinking on your feet and you feel aligned with our values.
