Our client is a leading provider of civil construction and mining services, renowned for their commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional results across a range of industries. With continuous growth and exciting new projects set for 2025 and beyond across Western Australia, our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join their team.
This position will oversee site operations on a 3-4 month project, with opportunities for ongoing work on subsequent projects with an 2 : 1 or 8 : 6 roster.
The Role :
As a Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on site, ensuring all activities are carried out in line with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Your responsibilities will include :
- Site Management : Supervise civil works and ensure on-site operations comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Team Coordination : Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors, and resources, ensuring efficient use of labor and equipment.
- Safety and Compliance : Enforce safety practices, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all activities are in accordance with HSE policies.
- Quality Control : Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Reporting and Communication : Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders, resolving any issues that may arise on site.
- Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any on-site challenges, from technical issues to logistical hurdles, to ensure smooth project execution.
