Service Administrator - Mining Assembly

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.

• The Opportunity

HCA is currently looking for a motivated Service administrator to join our Mining Assembly Team in the near future. This role will have you providing end to end administrative support for our Mining Assembly team and will be best suited for a personable professional.

Reporting to the Mining Assembly Supervisor, main responsibilities include :

• Maintaining customer timesheet and payment system.
• Maintaining customer payment system for our mining assembly accounts team.
• Timesheet entry and payroll support
• Opening, preparing and closing of jobs & processing invoices
• Ad-hoc branch administrative duties as required
• Assisting onboarding process

To be successful you will need :

• Demonstrated experience in a service orientated administrative role
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel - Advance Excel would be of advantage.
• A positive attitude and the ability to take initiative and work as part of a small team
• High attention to detail and level of accuracy
• Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but not essential
