The role shall support Service Stream's risk management and compliance framework. The HSE Manager, together with a team of HSE Partners, shall foster a strong safety culture that aligns with Service Stream's safety vision.

About the role

We are seeking a HSE Manager to provide specialist HSE advice and leadership across the Urban Utilities project. You will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation, managing risks, and supporting operational leaders to achieve HSE excellence. This position involves working closely with business leaders, subcontractors, and field teams to uphold Service Stream's safety vision, values and operational standards.

Your ability to lead teams, manage risks effectively, and drive a proactive safety culture will be critical to success in this role.
