Venue & Operations Manager – Wellness Space

South Melbourne | Full-time (Wednesday–Sunday)

EQ is a purpose-led wellness destination helping busy professionals and athletes build resilience and manage stress through breathwork, movement, contrast therapy, meditation, and more.

This newly created leadership role is ideal for someone who loves being on the ground — leading a team, elevating the guest experience, and helping bring exciting new projects to life.

This is a Wednesday–Sunday role , with a strong presence required on weekends to lead the team and uphold service standards during peak periods.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Managing all day-to-day venue operations — including front of house, contrast therapy area, studio, and guest touchpoints
• Overseeing health, safety and compliance — ensuring the space meets all regulatory requirements and is maintained to the highest standard
• Leading and developing a high-performing team — rostering, performance management, and team culture
• Coordinating the EQ Studio timetable — including onboarding and managing instructors, teachers, and wellness practitioners
• Delivering internal events, brand activations, and partnership experiences
• Managing budgets and spend across staffing, maintenance, cleaning and supplies
• Responding to guest feedback and driving continuous improvements across systems and service
