Reporting to our Head of People andCulture, you will be an integral member of our passionate,supportive and exuberant team, working collaboratively to provideadvice and support to two of our divisions.As one of our People and Culture Business Partner's youwill cultivate a successful partnering relationship with ourBusiness and Private Client Advisory and Tax divisions.

Youwill have the opportunity to provide strategic, operational, andhands-on People and Culture guidance, while also contributing to adiverse range of projects including playing a key role in theimplementation of a new HRIS.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with divisional leaders andpartnersOffer guidance and support to address people issues in linewith best practices and employment lawsContribute to strategic initiatives, including upholdingfirm values and encouraging high performanceManage the annual review cycles end-to-endOversee performance management processes and provideguidance to managersFacilitate talent mapping and leverage this data to driveskills gap analysis, workforce planning and developmentopportunitiesManage engagement surveys and drive feedback andperformance initiativesFacilitate exit interviews and analyse trends ondeparturesSupport with the implementation of a new HRISRepresent People and Culture at internal events and onselected committeesDraft and review employment contracts and generalcorrespondenceOversee divisional reports and leverage these to providedata and insights that inform the business's peoplestrategyProvide HR insights through data analysisEnsure firm wide adherence to policies and procedures inline with National Employment StandardsSkills and experienceTertiary qualification in Human Resources Management orrelated degreePrevious experience working in an operational and strategicPeople and Culture capacityProfessional Services experience preferredProven ability to inform, counsel, influence people at alllevels of the businessCommercial mindset with a talent for presenting cleardataExperience acting as a performance improvement driver withthe ability to influence positive changePrior exposure to implementing a HRISBest kept secrets of SWProgressive firm, with excellent career opportunitiesFlexible working environment2 additional AL days per year18 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers and 3 weeksfor non-primaryRefer to client and refer a friend bonus schemeEmployee Assistance Program and Wellness perks$1000 towards home office setupSocial ClubTailored Learning and Development ProgramPaid Course / study leave1 paid professional membership per yearWeekly lunch providedApply todayCreate your own individual story and become a part of ours.
