Qualified Support Workers – Locations : Stanwell Park, Helensburgh, Coledale, Wombarra, Scarborough, Clifton, Otford, and Maddens Plains.Support Workers (No Cert III Required) – Locations : Bombo, Broughton Village, Curramore, Gerringong, Jamberoo, Kiama, and Kiama Heights.

About The Role

Flexible Hours : Choose part-time shifts that fit your schedule, min 3 days a week from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.Boost Your Pay : Enjoy up to $15,900 in tax-free salary packaging, boosting your take-home pay by reducing your taxable income. What You'll Bring

Passionate Helpers : Genuine interest in supporting older adults.Qualifications : Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or its equivalent.Must-Haves : Valid driver's license, reliable car, basic tech skills. First Aid / CPR certification is a plus, or willingness to obtain.Make an Impact : Strong skills in listening and engaging, insuring that clients feel heard and valued.Create Connections : Make a difference by forging lasting friendships every day.
