It's you that makes the difference to making amazing places, and we believe everyone can influence change for the better."Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better".We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our biggest banking contracts in the Pacific as Sustainability Manager employed on a 7 month fixed term contract (from June 2025 to January 2026).This role can either be based at our client's site in the Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD.Reporting to Key Account Director, this role acts as both strategic to manage the contract as well as a link to the Pacific sustainability tools and program to achieve our strategy.

You will act as a key contact ensuring that we deliver sustainable service through operation environmental performance including regulatory compliance, meeting KPI and develop initiatives.A snapshot of what you will do : Manage and implement innovative solutions to drive environmental efficienciesInterrogate and drive reductions in electricity, water and general waste consumptionDrive data asset and the sustainability operational delivery of the contractDevelop and implement management systems and frameworksProvide advisory services to our client whilst advocating for long term sustainability growthAssist in staff engagement relating to environmental initiativesMaintain up to date information and provide key input to support reporting and auditsProactive engage with internal and external stakeholders to align sustainability priorities and integration of opportunitiesWhat is in it for you?Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are passionate of what they doing.Attractive salary + superWork-life balanceOpportunities to develop your career within our global organisationLearning & Development opportunitiesYou will form and develop an enormously successful team who outperform year on yearWhat will you possess to be successfulQualification in Environmental Sustainability or / and Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 3-5 years' experience in managing environmental programmesExperience in systems.
