Where the team fits in
The Culture & Sustainability team is part of REA’s People & Culture Group. We work closely with senior leaders and subject matter experts across the business to advance REA’s Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. Our Chief People & Sustainability Officer is ultimately responsible for people and sustainability strategies across REA’s global network.

About the role
We’re seeking a passionate Sustainability Manager to lead the implementation and reporting of our sustainability strategy. You will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, working collaboratively to execute our ESG strategy, prepare for Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS), and develop emissions reduction plans.
