About the CompanyA leading player in the packaging and print technology sector is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its Digital Flexo Hardware business unit.

This role is part of a focused strategic shift, offering the chance to contribute to a high-growth area backed by strong market presence and an established customer base.About the Role You'll take ownership of a high-impact portfolio, driving growth through new business development and deeper engagement with existing accounts across Australia and New Zealand.As a Sales Specialist, you will operate as both a hunter and an account manager, with responsibilities including : Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Managing and developing a portfolio of key accounts Partnering with internal teams across hardware, software, service, and marketing Nurturing long-term customer relationships and maximizing account value Traveling across Australia (primarily Sydney and Melbourne), with occasional visits to NZ About You We're looking for a driven, resourceful individual with a strong background in B2B sales particularly in packaging, printing, or flexographic technologies and as a strong understanding of the market in Australia.

Essential Criteria  A proven B2B sales professional with experience in account management and business development Comfortable navigating technical discussions and solution selling A strong relationship builder and active listener Independent, loyal, and hands-on in your sales approach Motivated by both hunting new opportunities and growing existing accounts Preferred Background : Exposure to packaging, flexo printing, or related industrial sectors Understanding of hardware / software integration and partner management Technical acumen with capital equipment sales experience About the Team You'll be part of a diverse, close-knit team of around 12 professionals across Australia.

Service technicians and commercial leaders are based locally and remotely, and the leadership is approachable, experienced, and committed to your success.This role is open to candidates who are based in Melbourne only.
