Founded in 2001 Sydney Tools is a family-owned business spanning 70 stores nationally.

The Role

Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Epping, VIC.

Duties

• Process sales both over the counter and phone orders
• Maintain high levels of customer service whilst demonstrating strong sales abilities
• Provide accurate information about specific products, features, and services within the business
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers
• Handling customer queries / complaints and offering effective solutions that maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
• Regular training and development to improve power tool knowledge and sales abilities

Essential Requirements

Sales, customer service, or retail experience

Strong desire to provide quality customer service

Demonstrated ability to work to KPIs and achieve sales targets

Ability to work with and understand tools / power tools and maintain a high level of safety standards

Energetic and motivated individual looking to work as part of a team

Familiar with basic computer operations

Willing to work an 11 day fortnight (including one weekend day a week), and the ability to work full-time

Salary

60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
