The Role

Reporting the the Head of Business Services, this role will work collaboratively with sales and operations to manage the sale of clearance stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and contacting potential customers
• Proactive relationship management and follow up of identified sales opportunities
• Managing online sales and auctions
• Maintaining detailed reporting and data collection for all project opportunities
• Collaboration and teamwork with internal sales teams
• Communicating relevant information on projects, builders, and the market for analysis and action

Essential

• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Results focused - following through to get the end result every time
• Willing to learn and take on feedback
• Proven sales experience

Desirable

• Knowledge of or experience in the Fairview range of products
• Attention to detail
• Track record of exceeding targets
• Experience with software such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office.
