- Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences, budget, and needs.
- Showcase and demonstrate various vehicle models to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and inventory management in the dealership's CRM system.
- Uphold dealership policies and procedures, including compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
