Our client is a specialist luxury apartment development company based in Perth, WA which is establishing a construction division to focus on their current and future apartment projects. Their focus is to maintain the utmost level of quality.

Seeking a highly motivated, customer focussed, and trade-qualified individual to join an Award-Winning team.

Manage the build of a multi-residential apartment building with an approximate value of $50 million. This role supports the Site Manager by maintaining a high standard of construction quality, and, on-site management of trades and OHS systems.

Ideally from a trade background, you should have three years or more experience in a similar role with a residential apartment builder as well as valuable life skills such as common sense, problem-solving and professional communication skills.

You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, work well under pressure, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. You will also need a White card, driving licences, working at heights, and the ability to read plans. This role will be an immediate start.
