We are seeking a

• General Manager - Community
• to oversee the operational management, and effective, efficient delivery of Bethanie's Community support services (including home care). This is a key leadership position reporting to the Bethanie CEO.

The General Manager - Community will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Community services and developing a high-performance culture. This is an opportunity to work with a leading organisation that values customer service excellence and client-centred care in delivering our community services.

You have proven success in leading teams, driving strategy and successful change management. You bring a project management mindset to your role and have the capacity to understand financials with an operational lens.
