Description : The role :

We are seeking an R&D / Formulation Chemist to utilise their creativity and technical knowledge in formulating new products, improving existing formulations and troubleshooting manufacturing issues. This is a great opportunity for all experience levels to get exposure to a vast range of different products across high end cosmetic and personal care, over the counter therapeutic and veterinary products.

The role :

Development of new products from formulation to commercialisation.Process and formulation development and improvement for existing products.Technical troubleshooting and support to our production teams.Perform validation and testing of formulations to ensure stability and efficacy.Preparation of reports and documenting results of tests and analyses.Preparation of pilot batch and scale up of lab batching.Implementation of standards as required by TGA, APVMA, ACO and GMP.

Skills and Experiences :

About you :

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically through a problem.Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and complete tasks within specified timeframes.Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate your ability to present information concisely.Experience in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or veterinary product development and technical troubleshooting.
