About The Opportunity :

This is your chance to lead a tight-knit R&D function where creativity meets execution.

As the R&D Lead, you'll manage projects from first spark to production run, refining recipes, leading trials, and solving challenges on the go.

You'll work shoulder to shoulder with stakeholders across marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain, bringing new ideas to life while navigating scale-up, compliance, and costings.

Along the way, you'll also guide a Food Technologist, contribute to quality and process improvements, and help shape the business' innovation pipeline.

You'll get the autonomy to make decisions, the trust to lead your way, and the support to do your best work.

About You :

You've been in food development for a few years now, and you've built a solid base across NPD, processing, and compliance.

With 3-5 years' experience under your belt, you're confident owning the product development process from start to finish.

You know your way around food trials, specs, shelf-life testing and documentation, and you're no stranger to managing cross-functional projects.

If you've worked in chilled or frozen foods, or have a background in commercial manufacturing, you'll hit the ground running.

And if you bring a little curiosity, creativity, and commercial thinking to the table?
