We are currently seeking a Revenue Analyst on a 12 month contract to join our team based in Brisbane, CBD. You will be joining a supportive, collaborative & fun team. Reporting directly to the Regional Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for lining up hotel occupancy and daily rates to maximise profitability for 60+ hotels & resorts across Australia and New Zealand.
You will support Regional Revenue Manager and Director of Revenue Management to implement effective revenue management strategies and make recommendations based on analysis of data.
Key Responsibilities involveAssist with and implement effective revenue management strategiesAnalysis of data in the respective revenue clustersDaily / Weekly / Monthly compiling of statistical dataMonitor market conditions through competitor rate analysisParticipate and lead daily revenue calls and ROAD meetings with key stakeholders to report on performance and align strategic objectivesComplete any additional responsibilities as assigned by Regional RM's and Director of RMQualificationsTo be successful in this role you wil require the following skills, experience and qualificationsDiploma or bachelor's degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similarMinimum 2 years' experience in Hotel Reservations or OperationsIntermediate excel skillsSuperior attention to detail and time management skillsUnderstanding of revenue management principles within a multinational hotel chainPrevious experience using a Revenue Management system (preferred but not essential)Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in handling channel managers like SiteMinder (preferred but not essential)Additional Information
