Position Overview
The Program Coordinator plays a key role in the successful delivery of our services, especially our Corporate Grants service, ensuring the smooth execution of our programs, supporting applicants, and fostering strong relationships with our corporate partners.
Sitting within the Client Success Team, this role works in conjunction with the Client Success Team Lead to resource the programs. The Program Coordinator supports the Client Success Officers to deliver exceptional program management on behalf of our clients and collaborates with the Business Development team to schedule work.
This role requires a blend of administration and program management skills, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for client success.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Program Administration and Coordination
Support the end-to-end management of corporate grants programs including the application process, assessments, validations, funds disbursement, and reporting.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and program data in internal systems.Collaborate with the Business Development team to schedule new programs and ensure timelines are aligned with client expectations.Work with the Client Success Team Lead to coordinate resources for both new and recurring programs.Identify opportunities to enhance processes and streamline program operations.Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key liaison for corporate partners, grant applicants, and internal stakeholders.Respond to applicant enquiries and support the Client Success team members in delivering a seamless program experience.Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as the Finance and IT to ensure effective program delivery.Prepare reports and insights on program performance, impact, and key metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Selection Criteria
Essential
Experience in program coordination, grants administration, or customer success roles.Excellent organisational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.A customer-focussed mindset and strong interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve.
Desirable
Experience working with corporate partners.Familiarity with the charitable sector and / or grant applications.Exposure to CRM systems and project management tools.
