We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Program Coordinator to join our Compliance team to support with our continued risk and compliance uplift program.
Reporting into the Program Director, this 12-month contract will be responsible for providing coordination activities to support and assist the Program Director in managing the programs of work to uplift practices across compliance and risk. This role will provide accurate, timely and consistent delivery of coordination tasks, including collating workstream status reports, tracking and administration of the program plan, tracking and updating dependencies and risks and issues, preparing workshops and meeting minutes.
You will have project / program coordination experience, having worked in a programs / projects environment previously. You will have excellent attention to detail and an ability to prioritise tasks. You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, coupled with your ability to plan, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work towards and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your communication skills will be unrivalled, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to match. Experience of managing correspondence and dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders would be a bonus. You will be proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and naturally promote teamwork and collaboration within the team. Some understanding of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid), PMO experience and financial acumen will also be highly regarded, but not essential.
