• is a dynamic and growing dynamic and growing Civil Construction, Ground Water Management, and Dewatering company based in Western Australia. We are currently seeking a Projects Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. You will support strong relationship management with existing and future clients and suppliers through the successful delivery of projects, ensuring consistent and timely quality, cost, and schedule deliverables for
• Key Responsibilities
• Commitment to a "No Harm Culture" and "Lost Time Injury" free workplace.
• Safe Delivery of all aspects of the projects you work on
• Assisting with the processing of purchase orders and with procurement
• Updating registers, site records, rosters, etc.
• Tracking PO's, deliveries and receipting invoices
• Assisting with site access requests and travel arrangements
• Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• All Adhoc Administrative duties as required
• Key Requirements
• Essential
• Accredited Bachelor's degree in Business / Law, Finance, or related discipline / experience
• 2+ years of experience in contract management, auditing, or compliance
• Commercial documentation preparation and execution
• Desirable
• Experience in the Mining / Resources industry
• Good working knowledge of ERMS preferred but not essential
