Your Team

The Business Marketing team sits within Customer Office and is focused on delivering innovative and creative marketing solutions for the Distribution division. You will contribute to our growth culture by supporting the performance of our CFS Platforms and Managed Accounts including engagement and retention activities.

Your Responsibilities

Develop tactical marketing strategies to contribute to sales growth, looking at the end-to-end customer journeys to understand opportunities, sales breaks Understand Distribution objectives and financial targets to inform the development of supporting marketing solutions for CFS platforms CFS Edge and FirstChoice Develop campaign strategies with phased approach including prime, launch and sustain chapters across paid owned and earned Demonstrate integrated approach with the broader CFS environment working in lockstep with Distribution and Product as well as digital and communications peers Own end-to-end execution of campaigns, reporting and post-implementation-review and insight elements

Your Capability And Experience

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals shaping to include prime, launch and sustain chapters Understanding of financial services products, compliance requirements, and customer pain points Lead content creation efforts, including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs Design and execute lead generation campaigns through email, events, and paid media Ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling marketing messages
