Position Overview
Responsible for all functions relating to the administration of the careers section of Civeo website, recruitment of employees and general human resource administrative requirements.
You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition specialists, leveraging your expertise to identify, engage and attract exceptional candidates. Your innovative ideas and collaborative mindset will be key as you develop and execute sourcing strategies, tailored to each role, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
With a mindset for diversity and inclusivity you will create and execute campaigns to attract candidates for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, leveraging tools like Seek Premium Search and LinkedIn to source new talent efficiently.
Additionally, you will assist in building our talent attraction strategy, maintain our applicant database in Oracle HCM Cloud and ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures. Qualifications :
relevant tertiary qualifications and / or have experience in the full recruitment process lifecycle
Experience :

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate the internal and external application process in line with Civeo’s policy and procedures and act as the point of contact for employment enquiries.Update and maintain applicant database (HRIS) and administration of associated paperwork.Assist with the implementation of the HRIS and be a champion of this system.Assist in the delivery of the national resourcing and recruitment strategy.Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, assisting to identify their recruitment requirements.Responsible for sourcing of new candidates in a timely and effective manner.Placement of advertising of vacancies internal, online and via other media options.Review of the resumes of candidates.Screening / interview possible candidates, ensuring they have a first class experience whilst dealing with recruitment.Conduct reference checks, criminal history and immigration checks for all Non Australian citizens.Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and legislative requirements are adhered to.Coordination of assessments such as psychometric testing, medicals (if required) and other assessments as part of the recruitment process, booking appointments, follow up, review and associated paperwork.Attend and represent the company on external and internal assessment days and at Career Expos.Administration of new starter paperwork, information management and notifications.Establish and maintain connections with external sources such as medical centres, advertising media etc.Connection with recruitment agencies in line with company preferred supplier policy.Provide support to human resource staff.Assist with the provision of information for reporting purposes, weekly and other as required.General recruitment / HR administrative and project duties as required.To ensure all health, safety, quality and environmental standards and legislation are strictly met, ensuring a safe environment for employees, customers, contractors and visitors, and promptly reporting any issues, potential issues or near miss events.Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Professional Qualifications
Relevant Tertiary qualifications and / or previous working experience in the full life cycle of the recruitment process.
Experience
Experience within high volume recruitment – Hospitality desirable.Experience in human resources information systems (HRIS / Oracle).Experience working within tight timelines.Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite.Skills
Sound understanding of operational and business requirements.Computer skills with Microsoft office and other data management programs – Intermediate to advanced.Sound communication skills both written and verbal.Strong negotiation and networking skills.Strong administration skills.
