Sat firmly within the medical sector, this market leading organisation is currently seeking an Industrial Relations Specialist to join their team with immediate effect. This is a rare opportunity for a specialist to work within a friendly and supportive team of industry experts.

Description

Reporting to the Legal Counsel, your duties will Include, but not limited to;

Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationships

Working closely with the HR and Legal team to ensure successful outcomes

Provide IR & ER leadership and guidance to the local and regional stakeholder group

Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders

Drive a collaborative and harmonious working environment

Draft and finalise formal documentation to support legislation and policy matters

Interpret all relevant modern awards, legislations and regulations

Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have;

Tertiary qualified, ideally within Industrial Relations or Law

Confident communicator at all levels of seniority

Prior IR / HR experience, ideally within the medical sector

Meticulous attention to detail

Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards and regulations
