National Business Development Manager, Asset Maintenance

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader to revolutionise and drive the national growth of Geovert's Asset Integrity division. We're seeking a proactive National Business Development Manager who will take the reins, leveraging existing strong client relationships and an established base of long-term contracts, to unlock new revenue streams across fabric maintenance, specialised trades, NDT, and cutting-edge rope access projects.

You will operate with true autonomy, empowered to identify critical market opportunities and innovate our approach to winning business. Your mandate is to define new ways forward, build on our significant investment in advanced access and corrosion protection coating technology, and scale operations to deliver the impossible for Australia's leading Oil, LNG, Mining, and Infrastructure clients.

About You

You are a proven, results-driven Business Leader with a deep understanding of the contracting asset maintenance industry (not solely in-house / client side). You thrive in environments where you can apply your transparent and collaborative management approach to nurture a high-performing multidisciplinary site leadership team. You are excited by a technically challenging and innovative environment where your ideas are not just valued but are the catalyst for our national expansion.

We are looking for someone with :

• Senior leadership experience from the contracting asset maintenance industry, demonstrating a track record of sustainable growth.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, with a strong background in tender submissions, complex negotiations, and managing profitable project pipelines.
• Highly effective stakeholder management skills, capable of building enduring, strategic client relationships and identifying new markets.
• Practical knowledge of asset integrity services, including but not limited to, concrete repairs, protective coatings, and industrial services.
